Thank you for choosing our office for your orthodontic evaluation. We hope
your visit will be informative as well as enjoyable. At your new patient exam,
you will receive a tour of the office and then be seated in our consultation room.
Dr. Leonard will then examine your teeth, bite, oral tissues and temporomandibular joints.
Then the doctor and treatment coordinator will discuss the clinical findings and any areas of
concern you may have and review
treatment options.
If treatment is recommended, the treatment coordinator will collect the orthodontic
records necessary prior to beginning treatment. These records consist of
orthodontic x-rays and models of the teeth. With this information, the doctor can
finalize treatment plans and treatment costs. You may then schedule the
appointments to begin treatment.
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed as you
enter this new world of orthodontics.
